設計重點設計のポイントDesign highlights
沿圍欄擴建フェンスに沿って拡張Extended along the fence
平台外緣與圍欄平行，北側距圍欄約 0.9m（距境界線約 1.25〜1.3m），西側約 1.0〜1.1m。圍欄邊的空地鋪防草墊加砂利，不必再除草。デッキの外周はフェンスと平行。北側はフェンスまで約 0.9m（境界線まで約 1.25〜1.3m）、西側は約 1.0〜1.1m。フェンス際の空きは防草シート＋砂利で、草取りが不要になります。The deck edge runs parallel to the fence: about 0.9 m on the north (1.25–1.3 m to the boundary) and 1.0–1.1 m on the west. The strip along the fence gets weed barrier and gravel, so no more weeding.
基礎數量最少化基礎の数を最小限にMinimum new footings
原設計的 30 個基礎完全不動。北側用一支沿外緣的端部大引，X5 從原基礎持出約 190mm 接上；西南角以斜向大引收邊。總共只新增 8 個基礎。原設計の基礎 30 か所は位置を変えません。北側は外周に沿った端部大引とし、X5 は既存基礎から約 190mm 持ち出して受けます。南西角は斜め大引で納めます。新設基礎は 8 か所のみです。The 30 original footings stay put. A single edge bearer runs along the north side, picked up at X5 by a 190 mm bracket off the existing footing, and a diagonal bearer closes off the south-west corner. Only 8 new footings are needed.
Dome 周圍的走道ドーム周りの通路Walkway around the dome
Dome 外圍到平台邊緣：西側 1.0m、北側 1.2m、東側約 1.9m、南側約 3.05m。南側是主要的戶外餐桌與休息區。ドーム外周からデッキ端まで：西 1.0m、北 1.2m、東 約 1.9m、南 約 3.05m。南側がメインのダイニング・くつろぎスペースです。From the dome to the deck edge: 1.0 m west, 1.2 m north, about 1.9 m east and 3.05 m south. The south side is the main dining and lounge area.

格線沿用原設計 1,900 間距（通り芯 X1〜X6、Y1〜Y6），原點為原設計西北角基礎 P1。大引東西向，根太南北向 @455，外緣以端根太收邊。單位 mm。グリッドは原設計の 1,900 間隔（通り芯 X1〜X6、Y1〜Y6）。原点は原設計の北西角の基礎 P1。大引は東西方向、根太は南北方向 @455、外周は端根太で納めます。単位 mm。The grid follows the original 1,900 spacing (gridlines X1–X6, Y1–Y6). The origin is footing P1 at the original north-west corner. Bearers run east–west, joists north–south at 455 centres, and a rim joist finishes the perimeter. Units: mm.

施工注意事項施工上の注意Construction notes
- 圍欄與境界線的位置是從原設計圖比例推算的，放樣前請現場實測，再微調平台角點。フェンスと境界線の位置は原設計図の縮尺から推定しています。墨出し前に現地で実測し、角点を調整してください。The fence and boundary positions were scaled from the original drawing. Survey on site before setting out and adjust the corners.
- 法規規定的 1m 距離一般從境界線起算，請與施工方確認起算點。法規上の 1m の離隔は一般に境界線から測ります。起算点を施工会社に確認してください。The 1 m legal setback is usually measured from the boundary line. Confirm the reference line with the builder.
- N4 與 P3 距離太近，請做成一個連結基礎（約 450×960）。N4 と P3 は近接しているため、一体の連結基礎（約 450×960）としてください。N4 and P3 are too close; pour them as one combined footing (approx. 450×960).
- 西南角斜向大引（N8→P21）跨距約 2.07m，建議用 105×105 以上。南西の斜め大引（N8→P21）はスパン約 2.07m のため、105×105 以上を推奨します。The SW diagonal bearer (N8→P21) spans about 2.07 m; use 105×105 or larger.
- Dome 底環下方依廠商提供的錨固點圖補強，以錨栓固定到基礎；積雪荷重與風的上拔力以廠商規格為準。Dome 範圍內可以改鋪合板加斷熱材。ドーム下部はメーカーのアンカー位置図に基づいて補強し、アンカーボルトで基礎に固定します。積雪荷重と風による引抜き力はメーカー仕様に従います。ドーム内は合板＋断熱材としても構いません。Reinforce under the dome ring according to the manufacturer's anchor plan and bolt it to the footings; follow the manufacturer's snow-load and wind-uplift specifications. Plywood with insulation can replace decking inside the dome.
- Dome 的電源、照明、空調配管要在鋪板前預埋。ドームの電源・照明・空調の配管は、デッキ材を張る前に先行配管してください。Run power, lighting and HVAC conduits for the dome before laying the decking.
- 排水坡度約 1/100，朝遠離住宅的方向；板材間隙約 5mm，接縫錯開並落在根太上。水勾配は約 1/100 で住宅から離れる方向へ。デッキ材の目地は約 5mm、継手は千鳥にして根太上で継ぎます。Slope about 1:100 away from the house; leave 5 mm gaps between boards and stagger joints over joists.
- 平台下方及圍欄側空地全部鋪防草墊加砂利。デッキ下とフェンス際はすべて防草シート＋砂利とします。Lay weed barrier and gravel under the deck and along the fence.
- BBQ 等用火設備要墊防火墊，並與 dome 保持 3m 以上距離。BBQ など火を使う設備は防火マットを敷き、ドームから 3m 以上離してください。Use a fireproof mat under the BBQ or any fire, and keep it at least 3 m from the dome.
